Axis labs has been sentenced for mail fraud associated with steroid distribution. Apparently they were selling a supplement called Monster Caps that were comprised of synthetic steroids. There will always be a demand for companies to consider filling, hopefully this recent sentencing will be a reminder for any future company that is debated whether they should take a chance and fill the demand for steroids.
Most of us are perfectly happy eating right and taking legal vitamins and supplements and leaving the rest up to hard work. We know that in the long run are health and overall fitness level will be better off. Unfortunately there will always be people who want that short cut, they want results and they want them now.
That mentality doesn’t always consider the whole picture. To begin with steroids are physically damaging with a long list of side effects. In addition, getting results by using steroids is emotionally damaging. Any person who used steroids to reach their goals will always know in the back of their mind that they cheated and no matter how great or how strong they are it’s not real in the grand scheme. Even if they win competitions, they know deep down that they didn’t really win.
As much as I hate to see any supplement company sentenced or fined, I’m glad this time around. I’m glad because Axis Labs took advantage of people who didn’t think they had the ability on their own. Every single person who ordered from Axis through desperation would have eventually met their goals, if steroids weren’t an option.
